Dear client, here is the concept overview for your home redesign. There are two options to achieve a white and clean look for your floors. While Granite Tiles are much easier to install because they can be laid by standard local workers and easily tolerate minor sub-floor imperfections, Seamless Resin / Polyurethane Flooring offers a completely seamless finish but requires a far more complex installation process that is highly sensitive to dust and moisture, strictly requiring certified specialists.
Moving into the entrance area, we want to maximize both style and function by introducing a beautiful built-in cabinet. This unit will seamlessly integrate dedicated hanging storage for coats, an organized shoe rack, and a comfortable built-in bench to sit on, all paired with a full-length mirror to brighten the foyer and offer a quick check before stepping out.
For the staircase, the goal is to make the entire structure feel significantly brighter and cleaner. We plan to upgrade the safety by installing a sleek, minimal railing that lets the light flow freely, paired with integrated step lighting for a warm, dramatic ambiance. To truly open up the space and remove any feeling of tightness on the stairs, we propose replacing the tall cypress trees outside with lower, architectural greenery, instantly expanding the visual horizon and letting natural daylight flood the area.
Additionally, for the green area, we have integrated a concept for a small pool pavilion as a future development phase, providing a perfect cozy spot to lounge and entertain.
