The key point of the project was to create a house with a great entrance view towards the back garden and a lot of terraces around it in order to enjoy the views but also to have kind of a space for everything : coffee break, pool party, outdoor study, relaxing, BBQ etc. Each of these spaces are linked accordingly and whilst on the ground floor there is plenty of space and roam, on the first floor the house is facing towards the lake by its master bedroom and bathroom (which is to be considered a mini- relaxation spot) , having a private terrace and a larger terrace which can be used for a ping-pong table or just a regular table enjoying the view.
