Project description

The house floor plan is designed according to your assignment and the rules of ergonomics, and the features of external enclosing structures and internal structures.

The master bedroom is an independent unit with its own bathroom and W.I.C.
The bedrooms for children have a sufficient area of at least 9 square meters and have a joint W.I.C.

Also on the right side of the building, there is a laundry room and a bathroom for guests and children. It separates the bathroom and toilet from the washbasins. This will create a clear division of people with different needs in this room.

Since the middle of the building is a fairly large area, it is illogical to use it only as a foyer or only as something that will connect the right and left parts of the house. I suggest placing the 4th bedroom for guests or an office here, and also providing a wardrobe near the entrance to the house.

On the left, I suggest you place the kitchen in the center and create a pantry behind it. This pantry can accommodate refrigerators and also be used as a "dirty kitchen" for cooking (because it is a dirty process). On the mountainside, I suggest placing a living area, and on the roadside, a dining area. Between the dining area and the veranda, I suggest placing a sliding door that will, when opened, unite the interior space with the veranda.

I also suggest installing tubular skylights in the hall between the bedrooms and the laundry room. The tubular design of such a skylight can have different shapes, which will allow you to bypass the existing roof structures and the ridge of the roof. Ultimately, in the darkest places, these skylights can help create natural light.

In terms of wall demolition, almost all walls that are shown on the existing floor plan will need to be removed.

There is also no point in creating open trusses on the right side of the house where the bedrooms are. Wherever there are rooms, the top of the room needs to be isolated from the adjacent rooms and thus providing privacy and sound insulation.
I don't think you'll be happy to hear your guests sleeping through a gap between the wall that only reaches the bottom of the trusses and the top of the roof. For this reason, it is necessary to make a ceiling here. That is, there should not be any common airspace between the rooms from above.
