My proposal involves one wing having an open plan to enhances fluidity between the living, dining and kitchen spaces, with the pantry, laundry and powder room (small bathroom) at the back for more privacy when conducting these tasks. The choice of a false closet providing access to the pantry is intended to provide continuity and harmony within the space. Otherwise, it can easily be substituted by a door if you choose to.
The other wing includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and other bedrooms sharing a common bathroom next to them. I have included a lockable access to the bedrooms in order to enhance privacy and security. I hope I have met every requirement of your brief.
The entrance is designed to be distinct and to provide an enclosed space for when the weather is not favorable.
