Villa in Salento

Dear client,
I am very happy that we participated in your contest.
The main goal and challenge was to present a modern Mediterranean design that is different from the current state of the building.
An attempt was made to present a new design with minimal changes to the current state of the roof and walls.
The current roof remained unchanged and a new wall was created on the roof with the height of the current roof to hide the old sloping roof and visually transform the building into a more modern building.
In order to highlight the entrance of the building, a new stone wall was created next to the main entrance to create a sense of movement for guests towards the entrance of the house, in addition to creating visual beauty.
The other walls of the building were assumed to be fixed and were only created by creating new textures and materials on them, to highlight and create visual beauty for them.
This design is actually prepared for you as a proposal with a new approach and different from the current situation to provide you with different choices along with other designs.
