Residential - Villa
The objective of both design proposals is to unify the living room and kitchen into a cohesive open-plan area, while also accommodating three bedrooms, an office, and two bathrooms.
Proposal 1
The floor plan is organized along a central axis, with the living areas positioned on the left and the sleeping areas on the right. The kitchen and dining room are oriented toward the garden, enhanced by the addition of a new window. This space maintains visual continuity with the living room, while a glass partition allows for optional separation. The kitchen also provides direct access to the office, designed as a quiet workspace overlooking the garden. All bedrooms are equipped with windows to ensure natural light and ventilation. The bathrooms remain in their existing locations due to plumbing constraints, although one bathroom can be integrated into the master bedroom for private use.
Proposal 2
In this alternative, the living room and kitchen are relocated to the north side of the apartment, creating a seamless connection between the two spaces. A built-in storage unit defines the entry sequence along the hallway leading to the main living areas. Additional storage solutions are incorporated into the left-hand bedroom, and dedicated workspaces are integrated into all bedrooms, responding to contemporary living needs.
