ho recentemente acquistato una casa attualmente in costruzione e sono alla ricerca di un progetto di arredamento completo che unisca estetica, funzionalità e comfort quotidiano, con uno stile minimalista, contemporaneo e accogliente.
L’abitazione ospiterà una famiglia composta da due adulti e due bambini (di 3 e 13 anni).
È possibile rivedere la distribuzione interna degli spazi, comprese eventuali modifiche alle pareti, per ottenere un layout ottimale.
Indicazioni generali
• Una delle stanze al piano superiore sarà destinata a cameretta/studio
• La zona giorno con cucina rappresenta il cuore della casa e richiede particolare attenzione in termini di funzionalità e atmosfera
• Il bagno al piano terra sarà dedicato a ospiti e servizi
• Il locale adiacente al garage sarà destinato a lavanderia/ripostiglio, con lavatrice, asciugatrice e spazio contenitivo
• È prevista la realizzazione di un patio sul retro, in continuità visiva e funzionale con la zona giorno
Stile richiesto
• Minimal contemporaneo: essenziale, ordinato e luminoso, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente
• Gli arredi dovranno essere pratici, ben integrati e adatti a una famiglia con bambini

• Pavimenti e rivestimenti: IRIS CERAMICA – Natural Gress, formato max 60x60 o doghe larghe. Preferenza per finiture effetto legno chiaro o pietra (no marmo)

I have recently purchased a home that is currently under construction, and I am looking for a complete interior design project that combines aesthetics, functionality, and everyday comfort, with a minimalist, contemporary, and welcoming style.
The house will accommodate a family of four: two adults and two children (ages 3 and 13).
The interior layout can still be adjusted, including possible modifications to the internal walls, to achieve an optimal spatial organization.

• One of the upstairs rooms will be used as a child’s bedroom/study
• The open-plan kitchen and living area will be the heart of the home and should receive special attention in terms of functionality and atmosphere
• The ground floor bathroom will be dedicated to guests and everyday utility
• The room adjacent to the garage will be used as a laundry and storage area, with washing machine, dryer, and cabinets
• A patio will be created at the back of the house, ideally integrated with the living area for continuity and usability

• Contemporary minimal: clean, essential lines with a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Furnishings should be practical, well-integrated, and suitable for family life with children
