Description

I started with a flow chart of the different uses of the apartment, connecting common uses in nearby areas. At the entrance of the apartment, it has a lobby that leads to the main hall. The hall connects the two areas of the apartment: intimate area and common use area. The intimate area is formed by bedrooms, bathrooms and closet. The common use area is formed by kitchen, dining room and balconies. The bigger bathroom appears as a private area in the flow chart, as it caters to the two children's bedrooms. However, its location is strategic, being easily accessible by other users through the main circulation, without entering in a private area.
After defining the place of rooms, the furniture were distributed according to the need and use of each room, prioritizing good circulation and the use of natural light. There are plenty of wardrobes and cabinet so that you can have place to store and keep things organized.
I hope you enjoy the project, that was made for you!
