We are looking for a complete radical redesign of our restaurant, marking a total departure from its previous identity as a traditional family-run business. After 10 years of operation and two years since taking over, we are ready to reinvent the space entirely, reflecting a new concept that merges authentic Italian roots with the vibrant energy of modern street food culture.
The new identity centers around a signature Italian burger: a fusion made with pizza dough and high-quality, typical Italian ingredients. This unique offering bridges the richness of Italian culinary tradition with the boldness of modern street food culture, it requires an equally unique and fresh environment: a modern, warm, and Instagrammable space that appeals directly to a young audience with different type of seatings.
Our aim is to create a clean, futuristic, and friendly atmosphere. Think welcoming and fresh and recognisable. While burgers take the spotlight (because of its uniqueness), the menu will still offer a full selection of pizzas, pastas, starters, and desserts.
This is a complete rebranding. We want people to walk in and instantly feel the new vibe: exciting, distinctive. The restaurant should become a concept place. For this we consider we need a signature element e.g: A visually strong, decorative feature wall, ceiling or floor to create a photo opportunity and anchor the brand identity.
IMPORTANT: I added a PDF with some logos and colors but please feel free to not refer to them and free to imagine your version of it; we really want you to imagine the concept based on this description and what it inspires you.

WC (1 toilet in the basement)
Space allocation:
- oven can be moved ( please note that currently the pizza post in front of oven is TOO big, can be reduced)
- Bar can be moved-reimagined /put outside in the room
- Seatings: want to keep the restaurant table vibe (maybe banquettes) and have a separate space with elevated seatings in front of the wall - for a quicker eat-and-go (keep 44seats)
- No need to have a dedicated takeaway space
- 10 seats outside
