Briefing

From the entrance we would like a huge living room with an open staircase,in the kitchen we want a large opening into the garden, restyling of the bedrooms on the upper floor, by doing a double room and a little bedroom.
The terrace is closed and we would like a "studio" with a sofa bed.
The bathroom at the firstfoor with doublesink,wc,bidet and a big shower with a sit.
there is a window overcooking the terrace,we want to close it and make a new little one oercooking the garden.
the colors have to be light combined with the floor cement ffect and led lighting.in the garden,we would like to use the adjacent part with a pergola.

I COLORI DELLA CASA DEVONO ESSERE MOLTO CHIARI CON PAVIMENTI EFFETTO CEMENTO ED ILLUMINAZIONE PREVALENTEMENTE A LED. IL GIARDINO VORREMMO SFRUTTARLO CON LA PARTE ADIACENTE ALLA CUCINA CON UNA PERGOLA
