I prepared you a modern design based on your references and requirements. In the part living room I designed a tv wall as a partition between living room and dining area without closing or elimination relation of spaces. And the space is open and wide.
The book shelfs between column and the wall beside the living room is serving the cozy space that I designed for sitting and studding books. In the son’s room I tried to set the best circulation between spaces and use concavity as a strength. The bed and wardrobe placed there perfectly so there is sufficient area to play games and to do activities as a teenager. In the master bedroom the design of whirlpool tub and the partition of it are unique and the middle column is hidden in a property way.
Totally in this project the design and colors are modern , fabulous and unique . And the function of the design is focusing on your requirements and demands while the target is your dream house. Thanks
