The project takes the most advantage of the already built structure, however it adds required spaces such as a reacomodation in the entrance hall to allow a space for a walk-in closet and a washing and drying space, it keeps the utility area/half bath to allow for any visitor to sanitize without having to access the master bathroom. It also keeps the kitchen configuration and adds lighting scheme and a custom made cabinetry. In the upstairs chill-out space the project intends to create an intimate yet confortable space for the couple, making it private, fun and util.
