A - La soluzione più “tradizionale”. Il piccolo appartamento, destinato ad essere dato in fitto per brevi periodi, è diviso secondo la canonica separazione fra zona notte e zona giorno. Dalle scale all’ingresso si arriva al disimpegno attrezzato con un armadio e dal quale si accede ai vari ambienti che sono: il soggiorno pranzo con una cucina tipo monoblocco che costituisce l’angolo cottura; la camera da letto che occupa l’ambiente più grande della casa; il bagno.

B - Questa soluzione mantiene le stesse funzionalità della precedente con la differenza che vengono distribuite diversamente. Il soggiorno pranzo, fornito anche qui di cucina tipo monoblocco, occupa l’ambiente più grande. Ciò consente di aumentare la superficie destinata al relax. Il divano previsto è un divano che può diventare letto ad una piazza e mezza aumentando così l’offerta di posti letto dell’alloggio e quindi la possibilità di essere occupato, per esempio, anche da coppie con figli.

C - In questa soluzione viene incrementato l’aspetto relax in termini di superfici e dotazioni. L’alloggio è pensato secondo la tipologia del “boutique hotel” immaginando un arredo più ricercato e personalizzato. La camera da letto occupa l’ambiete più grande e dal soggiorno pranzo esce l’angolo cottura che viene spostato in fondo al disimpegno. Quindi nella zona living possono essere sistemate due chaise longue sulle quali rilassarsi a guardare la tv, leggere o riposarsi dopo essere usciti dalla doccia, separata dal bagno, e che può essere, in stile wellness, emozionale e con funzioni di sauna o bagno turco.



A - The more "traditional" solution. The small apartment, intended to be rented for short periods, is divided according to the canonical separation between the sleeping and living areas. B - This solution maintains the same functionalities as the previous one with the difference that they are distributed differently. The living / dining room, also equipped here with a monobloc type kitchen, occupies the largest room. This allows you to increase the area intended for relaxation. The sofa provided is a sofa that can become a single bed and a half, thus increasing the number of beds in the accommodation and therefore the possibility of being occupied, for example, by couples with children.

C - In this solution, the relaxation aspect is increased in terms of surfaces and equipment. The accommodation is designed according to the type of "boutique hotel", imagining a more refined and personalized furniture. The bedroom occupies the largest room and the kitchenette comes out of the living room and is moved to the end of the hallway. So in the living area two chaise longues can be placed on which to relax and watch TV, read or rest after exiting the shower, separated from the bathroom, and which can be, in wellness style, emotional and with sauna or Turkish bath functions.
