Description

Proposal 1:
In the project, emphasis was placed on the spatiality of the central axis where the daily activities are articulated, a space optimized for the use of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The dividing wall with the room was placed looking for the widest possible space and includes both windows in pursuit of natural lighting (it is recommended, since the space is limited, light paintings and coatings to perceive amplitude) A modern openwork wood division forms the entrance to the house, generates a small equipped entrance hall and keeps the privacy of the kitchen. The kitchen has a small free counter and a large island with a sink. The bathroom was made in a minimalist and functional way, and together with the kitchen they are located in such a way that they take advantage of the current pipe routes.
Finally, the bedroom has two spaces, a small changing room for the use of two people, and a minimalist resting place to give space to the living and dinning room and make the most of the scarce natural ventilation.

Proposal 2:
This proposal takes the private space and the public with equal importance, they are equitably dimensioned giving more space to the bedroom, which in the previous proposal was "fair", and generates adjustments in the space of daily activities. With these dimensions, the choice of furniture and the priority given to storage and the frecuency of invited will be essential. Entry Hall, kitchen and bathroom are unchanged
