El baño es un volumen central que por diseño no llega al techo el cual separa la cocina y la habitación con ducha, sanitario y lavamanos. La habitación tiene una cama doble, un closet con área suficiente para vestier y una cajonera en el frente de la cama tal vez para colocar un televisor, también tiene un sillón, dos mesitas de noche y un área de estudio con escritorio, librería y silla.

A kitchen with a center island with a dishwasher stove and hood, and a dining area, with the chairs at the counter, and a shelf for the kitchen or for books towards the wall and an armchair towards the window arranged comfortably. The bathroom is a central volume that is not connected to the ceiling which separates the kitchen and the room with a shower, toilet and sink. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe with enough area for a dressing room and a chest of drawers in front of the bed, perhaps to place a TV, it also has an armchair, two bedside tables and a study area with a desk, bookcase and chair.
