Per la realizzazione del progetto si intende realizzare un disegno industriale creando un open space per soggiorno. Il progetto sarà caratterizzato da contrasti tra materiali, mattoni di cemento, legno di cuoio e ferro. La zona giorno sarà un open space con cucina lineare e isola cottura che disporrà di panchine per consumare la colazione e sarà mobile in futuro quando ci sarà la necessità di creare una seconda stanza. Una delle sale esistenti sarà trasformata in una sala da pranzo per ospitare amici e parenti a pranzo e cena. La zona lounge sarà composta da un divano in pelle e due comode poltrone, di cui una trasportabile da usare e come sedia per lavorare al computer. La parete avrà credenza e tv su di essa e dall'altra parte della colonna sarà posizionato un tavolo da lavoro con lo stesso stile. L'appartamento sarà illuminato al massimo grazie alle ampie finestre apribili. La camera da letto sarà a lato della zona lounge e sarà separata da questa da una vetrata che potrà essere aperta e chiusa a piacere per creare un dinamico monolocale o soppalco. Nei momenti in cui è necessaria la privacy, la facciata in vetro può essere chiusa e le tende serviranno a creare intimità. L'illuminazione sarà calda con l'utilizzo di faretti e strisce led sulle colonne e sulle pareti laterali. La veranda avrà una zona lounge, tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone che può essere aperto per ricevere gli amici. La veranda avrà anche una cucina esterna e sarà chiusa con vetrate che potranno essere aperte e chiuse completamente a seconda delle condizioni meteorologiche in modo che la veranda possa essere utilizzata sia d'estate che d'inverno.

For the realization of the project it is intended to realize an industrial design by creating an open space for living room. The project will be characterized by contrasts between materials, concrete brick, leather wood and iron. The day area will be an open space with linear kitchen and a cooking island that will have benches for eating breakfast and will be mobile in the future when there will be a need to create a second room. One of the existing rooms will be transformed into a dining room to host friends and family for lunch and dinner. The lounge area will consist of a leather sofa and two comfortable armchairs, one of which will be portable to use and as a chair to work on the computer. The wall will have a credence and tv on it and on the other side of the column will be placed a work table with the same style. The apartment will be maximally lit thanks to the large windows that can be opened. The bedroom will be on the side of the lounge area and will be separated from it by a glass window which can be opened and closed as desired to create a dynamic studio-style apartment or loft. In moments when privacy is needed, the glass facade can be closed and curtains will serve to create intimacy. The lighting will be warm with the use of spots and led strips on the columns and side walls. The veranda will have a lounge area, dining table for 4 people that can be opened to receive friends. The veranda will also have an outdoor kitchen and will be closed with glass windows which can be opened and closed completely according to the weather conditions so that the veranda can be used during summer and winter.
