In this project, a second bathroom has been added to the house according to the client's request. In addition, we have made changes in the main space of the house and living room. We have designed the kitchen in a modern style and open to make the space bigger. we have also placed a fireplace.
In the first alternative, we placed the second bathroom in front of the previous bathroom, in which case it is not possible to create a window, however, it has better access to the rooms. At the client's request, we refused to create a master room so that everyone could have access.
In the second alternative, the bathroom is designed next to the current bathroom and a window is designed. But access to the rooms is a bit limited and difficult. However, guests and access to living room and dinner room is easier.
