Residential - Living/Sleeping Area
Briefing
Dear designers,
I need a new sleeping area and I'd like it to be comfortable, relaxing, modern and independent from the rest of the house.
I'd like to have an open space directly linked to the bathroom and the wellness space and with a work-corner that I will use to write and store documents.
I also need a closet/laundry room with acces from the hallway (the laundry room should not be directly accessible from the sleeping room).
For my sleeping and wellness area I'd like a modern, natural and practical style.
I'd like the sleeping area and bathroom to be minimal and the wellness area to be in plain sight but separated from the rest of the sleeping area. You could use a glass door to separate it so the steam won't go out and spread in the other rooms.
The space is for a single middle-aged man. I'd like a spacious bed, nightstands, a big and organized closet. I like dark colours but I don't want the space to be too dark. For the flooring I was thinking to buy parquet but I am open to different proposals.
I really want a beautiful lighting in the space, with some scenographic and some relaxing spots.

Il desiderio è quello di avere una zona notte che sia un open space confortevole, riposante, moderno, isolato dall'esterno e "autosufficiente". Dall'interno dell'open space sarà possibile usufruire dei servizi igienici o dello spazio wellness oppure dedicarsi al lavoro con un piccolo angolo per scrivere e tenere documenti. Inoltre si rende necessario ricavare un piccolo stanzino lavanderia accessibile NON dalla zona notte ma dal corridoio. Lo stile preferito della zona servizi e wellness è moderno, naturale e MATERICO. La zona servizi la si preferisce minimal e nascosta mentre la zona wellness la si preferisce visibile ma ben separata (magari da un vetro al fine di evitare il propagarsi e il disperdersi dei vapori) dal resto della zona notte.
Sarà abitata da un uomo di mezza età single. Si preferisce letto grande, comodini, armadio capiente e ben organizzato. Colori scuri ma non bui. Pavimento parquet (ma ben vengano altri suggerimenti). Luci che siano utili ma anche, se è il caso, scenografiche o funzionali al mero riposo. Grazie a chi aderirà al progetto.
