Description

In this proposal, the best use of the spaces is sought to meet the client's expectations in the most efficient way, taking into account the constructive ease and generating a modern, simple and welcoming appearance.

The first part of the project is named: a bigger house, indicated in blue on the plans. In this part of the project, two main criteria were used, having an integrated living room and dining room to generate a very large social area and constructive ease, modifying very little the current recently renovated apartment. The modifications inside this apartment are basically two, a new wall to generate the new bedroom (previously a small living room) and the demolition of the wall that divides the two apartments, these are the only construction works inside the current apartment. To give the final touch some new finishes are given to the walls of the new living room and dining room, there is also an opaque glass element that divides the social area of the apartment from the bedroom area, in this way the uses can be made independent, but allowing the light to pass through all the spaces and at the same time maintaining the privacy of the bedroom area.

The second part of the project is named: new rental apartment, it is made up of an entrance hall with a closet, a bathroom, and an open space with an integrated kitchen. This apartment is conceived for short stays, designed for a double bed and two single double-purpose beds, during the day they serve as a large L-shaped sofa to configure a living room, and at night they serve as beds, of this form you can enjoy a spacious and comfortable space at any time of the day, this small but comfortable apartment provides the services and comfort that are sought in this type of property.
