First, according to the images and dimensions you said, I imagined the fallowing plan of the study-guest room, and then I presented various ideas for it in 8 plans. I made some renderings from some of the plans and founded images for the rest of them, so that no part of the design ideas is left unclear. Hope to be useful to you.
Notice that the best positioning of the seat relative to the window to use sunlight is 45 °, which is observed in all plans and clearly visible in the plan number 8. In the 45-degree position, the shadow of your hand or your head doesn't fall on the book.
Given the fact that the most of the participants and clients are from Italy, by use of the Google Translator, I put Italian translations in a different section next to the English text, so that reviewing the ideas will be easier for you and others. Hope to be correct!

Per iniziare la descrizione del progetto, prima ti fornirò alcune note che ritengo saranno utili durante la revisione.
In primo luogo, secondo le immagini e le dimensioni che hai detto, ho immaginato il piano incantato della stanza degli studenti-studio, e poi ho presentato varie idee per questo in 8 piani. Ho realizzato alcuni rendering da alcuni dei piani e ho fondato le immagini per il resto di loro, in modo che nessuna parte delle idee di progettazione sia lasciata non chiara. Spero di esserti utile.
Si noti che il miglior posizionamento del sedile rispetto alla finestra per usare la luce del sole è di 45 °, che è osservato in tutti i piani e chiaramente visibile nel piano numero 8. Nella posizione di 45 gradi, l'ombra della mano o della testa non cadere sul libro
