two apartment in one ville

Inside this villa we will have to create two independent apartments. I would like to build an apartment on the ground floor and one on the first floor using the entrance and living / dining room on the ground floor to the left of the building. the interior design must be modern. I would like to have ceramic floor on the ground floor and wooden floor on the first floor; modern furniture like Lago design.

Dentro de esta villa tendremos que crear dos apartamentos independientes. Me gustaría construir un apartamento en la planta baja y otro en el primer piso utilizando la entrada y el salón / comedor en la planta baja a la izquierda del edificio. El diseño interior debe ser moderno. Me gustaría tener piso de cerámica en la planta baja y piso de madera en el primer piso; muebles modernos como Lago design.
