Triplex House

The main theme of this proposal is to create space for a bathroom and an open space area with living room and kitchen.
We have a living room area (with sofa and TV) and along linear useful kitchen. A big table is in front of the kitchen.
It's possible to divide the living from the kitchen area with a curtain or sliding doors.
Plants on the terrace for privacy.
Near the entrance the new bathroom.
In the night area we have 1 main bedroom,1 little storage room (closet) ,1 bedroom (or studio) and 1 bathroom. *You can enter the closet also from the corridor.
Desk/make up corner in the room near the window for better light (natural light).
**You can have 1 bathroom area or divide it in two.
I've imagined this level for two destination:
- a closet area in the lower part;
- an office/hobby area in the big area.
You can you the wall for a projecton area or yoga mindfullness training.
