ITA_Il progetto presentato consiste nel creare un ambiente esteticamente accattivante ma al tempo stesso funzionale alle esigenze richieste. In primo luogo al piano quarto è stato creato un ampio living open space luminoso ed accogliente con una zona filtro all’ingresso composta da un comodo armadio guardaroba che “nasconde” la porta del nuovo bagno, una libreria bifacciale e una divisione a montanti che filtra la cucina. La zona living racchiude tutte le funzioni principali; zona conversazione e relax con divano e poltroncina e mobile tv a parete, il tavolo pranzo e la cucina che si sviluppa ad angolo sotto la nuova finestra (ex porta), al balcone di servizio cui trova spazio un tavolo pranzo si accede dall’altra porta. L’altro balcone, più grande invece, allestito con sedute e fioriere è pensato per essere una dilatazione dello spazio interno creando così maggior connessione tra dentro e fuori. A questo proposito è stata proposta una porta a vetri scorrevole pieghevole “a libro” che lascia una grande apertura di passaggio. Al piano superiore (quinto) si sviluppa la zona notte con suite padronale composta da camera e cabina armadio, l’altra camera è stata pensata come studio/camera ospiti con divano letto ma in futuro potrà essere una comoda camera per un figlio. Il bagno principale è stato rivisto in chiave moderna con ampio mobile lavabo, doccia “passante” con scorrevoli laterali per chiudere e sanitari. Al posto dell’altro bagno si trova una comoda zona con armadio e zona lavanderia. Per quanto riguarda l’ultimo piano (sesto) il progetto prevede un leggero ampliamento di superficie che non dovrebbe inficiare con le altezze sottostanti in quanto molto elevate. Lo spazio a disposizione è pensato per il lavoro con comode postazioni per lo smart-working ed una zona relax per guardare tv o film tipo home teather.
ENG_The project presented consists in creating an aesthetically appealing environment but at the same time functional to the required needs. First of all, on the fourth floor a large, bright and welcoming open-space living room was created with a filter area at the entrance consisting of a comfortable wardrobe that "hides" the door to the new bathroom, a double-sided bookcase and a partition with uprights that filters the kitchen. The living area contains all the main functions; conversation and relaxation area with sofa and armchair and wall-mounted TV cabinet, the dining table and the kitchen that develops in a corner under the new window (former door), the service balcony which houses a dining table is accessed from the other door. The other balcony, larger instead, set up with seats and flower boxes is designed to be an expansion of the internal space thus creating a greater connection between inside and outside. In this regard, a folding sliding glass door "book" has been proposed that leaves a large passage opening. On the upper floor (fifth) there is the sleeping area with master suite consisting of bedroom and walk-in closet, the other bedroom has been designed as a study / guest room with sofa bed but in the future it could be a comfortable bedroom for a child. The main bathroom has been revised in a modern key with a large sink unit, "pass-through" shower with side sliding doors to close and sanitary ware. In place of the other bathroom there is a comfortable area with wardrobe and laundry area. As for the top floor (sixth) the project includes a slight expansion of surface area that should not affect the heights below as they are very high. The space available is designed for work with comfortable workstations for smart-working and a relaxation area for watching TV or films like a home theater.
