Triplex House

In the few sentences, I will explain my idea.

On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance, there is a small bathroom. The space in front of the bathroom is used as a semi-open entry zone. The idea is to emphasize the entrance with a piece of furniture that is partially semicircular. It is possible to access either the kitchen or the living room. This space is not enclosed; instead, a curtain on a rail is envisioned, allowing the area to be open or closed as needed.

The space to the left of the kitchen, also enclosed by a curtain, is intended to serve as a utility room for the kitchen, where certain food items can be stored or where specific plants can be planted and grown (the window position and lighting allow this).
At the extension of the kitchen, there is a dining table, while beneath and alongside the staircase, there is a seating area.

On the upper floor, the central bathroom is used as a laundry room. Only a small part of that space has been added to the room on the right to integrate a large vanity table.
The other room is designed as a space for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a sofa bed to save space.
The top floor is a workspace, with a storage room.
