I am pleased to present the design proposal for your three-level home renovation, carefully crafted to align with your specific requests while optimizing space, functionality, and comfort.

1st Level – Open & Functional Living Area
The kitchen and living room have been combined into an open-plan layout, enhancing spatial continuity and natural light flow.

A custom entrance divider has been incorporated, serving as both a visual partition and a closet for jackets and shoes.

The kitchen layout ensures a length of 480 cm, designed in an L-shape for better efficiency.

A secondary bathroom is positioned near the entrance.

2nd Level – Smart Bedroom Reconfiguration
The windowless bathroom has been eliminated, allowing for a better use of space.

The master bedroom has been enhanced with a walk-in closet and a potential loft storage solution to utilize the 2,4m ceiling height.

The second bedroom is designed as a flexible multipurpose space (guest room, home office, future child’s room).

A small laundry area has been introduced, maximizing the available square meters.

The master bathroom has been reconfigured by replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower for better practicality.


3rd Level – Maximizing Attic Potential

Possibilities include a storage area, entertainment room or reading book, depending on your needs.
