Space is divided into open space ( day zone) and more private area ( night zone)
Entrance – night zone way is direct, shortest and tangent to the open space.
Open Space: Because of open space area, proportions, windows and doors position, TV shell as a space divider is necessary element in this interior. Attached are some examples how this divider can look like.
Kitchen: Instead of classic kitchen peninsula I suggest some kind of working area / breakfast countertop close to the window. Oven is under the stove so that all the appliances can fit.
Laundry with lavatory: is central close to first drain pipe.
Bathroom: For better organization is with new proportions.
Bedroom: is little bit smaller but still >12m2 and with walk-in closet 4.65m2 way bigger than standard bedrooms.
Study/guest room: stays the same.

Kitchen: Sink is by the window as well as countertop for breakfast/extended working area. In this layout oven is separate from the stove at the eye level.
Laundry with lavatory: is close to second drain pipe.
Corridor: There is a place for a big built- in closet which is always useful for various purposes.
Bathroom: For better organization is with new proportions.
Bedroom: is little bit smaller but still >12m2 and with walk-in closet 4.23 way bigger than standard bedrooms.
Study/guest room is smaller but still very spacious.

*You can combine these 2 propositions.
**Maybe you can keep the floor in bedrooms – greenish terrazzo because this kind of floor is good quality and expensive to make nowadays.
