Dear client, I tried to make the modification to your apartment as minimal as possible as to save cost. Since you mentioned that you want to add a bathroom around that area in the future, I tried my best to divide the space around your storage for WIC and laundry by making the WIC smaller so you can get a decent area for the laundry that is not too tight to wash your dog. I also plotted area for your future bath on the study. I tried to visualise your kitchen that you can fit everything you need there and still have decent space for sofa TV and dining table, as well as a small entrance area where you have a small cupboard for shoes or pocket emptier.
