Residential - Apartment
Dear Client,
I am pleased to submit the developed design proposal for your project of subdivision and conversion into two independent hospitality units.
I have explored two design solutions (Option A and Option B). The primary difference between them lies in the spatial organization of Apartment 1, which is designed with flexibility in mind—it can function either as a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom unit, depending on your preferred rental strategy and target audience.
In both options, the layouts are carefully organized to ensure clear circulation, functional zoning, and a comfortable guest experience, which is essential for short-term rental use.
To support your differentiation strategy, I have integrated wellness features into both units:
Apartment 1 includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi, and a separate sauna
Apartment 2 features a dedicated spa zone, visually separated with glass panels, allowing it to be locked and offered as a reservable private amenity
Additionally, a shared area is introduced and designed as a mini gym combined with luggage smart lockers. This provides added value by allowing guests to securely store their belongings after check-out and continue enjoying the city—an experience-driven feature that can help position your property above competitors.
Alternatively, this shared space can be adapted into a children’s playroom, depending on your preferred target group.
Both apartments are designed to be spacious and flexible, comfortably accommodating two or more guests.
The attached 3D floor plans are intended to help you better understand the spatial organization and furniture layout. Please note that the materials and furniture shown are automatically generated and do not represent the final design direction, which can be developed further according to your preferred style.
I wish you good luck with your project!
Best regards!
