This provides added value by allowing guests to securely store their belongings after check-out and continue enjoying the city—an experience-driven feature that can help position your property above competitors.
Alternatively, this shared space can be adapted into a children’s playroom, depending on your preferred target group.

Both apartments are designed to be spacious and flexible, comfortably accommodating two or more guests.
