The main design goal to create a contemporary luxury chic apartment inspired by the elegance and comfort of high-end hotel suites. The design focuses on achieving a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere through refined materials, clean lines, and harmonious details, while maintaining a neat, organized, and visually balanced environment throughout the space.


Entrance Hall

The entrance hall is designed to create a refined and welcoming first impression through the use of elegant wall moldings, warm neutral tones, and statement lighting. The patterned parquet flooring adds a luxurious classical touch, while the black console and arched mirror introduce contrast and visual depth, achieving a balanced contemporary aesthetic.

Study Room

The study room combines functionality with sophistication through custom built-in cabinetry, rich wood finishes, and integrated ambient lighting. The central workspace is framed by symmetrical storage units that enhance the room’s sense of order and elegance, and the hidden murphy bed while the warm material palette creates a calm and productive atmosphere suitable for focused work.

Bathroom

The bathroom is conceived as a luxurious and serene retreat featuring soft beige tones, marble surfaces, and warm concealed lighting. Gold fixtures add a timeless elegant character, while the clean lines and minimal detailing maintain a contemporary appearance, resulting in a harmonious and spa-like environment.

The children’s room is designed as a playful yet sophisticated space that encourages creativity and activity. The climbing wall and gymnastic elements introduce an interactive play zone, while the dinosaur-themed mural adds character and imagination to the room. Soft neutral finishes and integrated lighting maintain a warm contemporary feel while ensuring the space remains visually balanced and functional.
