The concept of this project begins with the choice of an amazing wallpaper for the end wall. It consists in a replication of a jungle landscape with its breathtaking vegetation and lights. It runs from the end wall paper (3,20 cm) to the left side wall (2,90 cm), from the floor to the ceiling (2,50 cm high).
As concerns furniture, I choose the "Stockholm" collection from Ikea in walnut veneer:
- a sideboard (160 x 40 x 81 h) for coffee machine and a small fridge, under the window;
- a chest of four drawers (48,7 x 40 x 107 h) and a cabinet with two big drawers (90 x 40 x 107 h), on the bottom right side of the plan;
- 5 comfortable armchairs with softly curved back and optional cushion;
- a set of two leaf-shaped coffe tables of two different heights. You can arrange them separately or put them together to create a large coffee table, as shown in the two different schemes of distribution ("Plan/1" and "Plan/2").
If you prefer, both cabinet and chairs are available in green color.
As concerns the workstation for PC, I suggest a multitasking solution with the white gateleg table "Norden" from Ikea. It can be used in three different length (26 - 89 - 152 cm):
- 26 cm long table, completely closed, to widen the space of the room for special occasions;
- 89 cm long table, for a small workstation on the right side wall, as shown in "Plan/1";
- 152 cm long table, with chairs around it, for seating meeting.
As a result of the "green" wallpaper, I suggest a matching tones moquette with small dots and a big potted plant, such as a Kentia palm, 2 m high, good for shady areas.
