This submission is composed by two similar proposals. The main goal is to expand the living room area as much as possible, therefore the idea is of an open space concerning the living room, kitchen and studio, while there is a separate master bedroom in both proposals.
Through proposal 01, entering the apartment you first see the kitchen combined with the dining table and then the living room, which is directly connected to the studio. Both these spaces are situated alongsided the terrace. The doors/partitions of the studio can operate in a way that the living room and the studio are one space or two different rooms. The studio has the space to be a small bedroom in the future.
While in proposal 02, entering the apartement there is a hall created by the oblique wall of the staircase canopy, which gradually opens the entrance to the living room, giving the feeling of a bigger space. There is a small isle kitchen and a big dining table. In this proposal, the living room and kitchen are situated in between the terrace and the small balcony. The doors/partitions of the studio can operate in the same way, but the space of the studio is slightly smaller, nevertheless it can function as a quite small bedroom in the future.
