the project takes into account the needs of the customer and the goal is to optimize the space available. The assumptions made by the customer already have suggested more radical solutions, and so I opted for a total demolition of existing partitions.
I thought it appropriate to enhance the entrance opening into a spacious and bright with several perspectives to the various rooms.
The living area consists of a single open space with the TV corner, the dining corner and kitchen with a central island that separates the two environments. The project takes up traces of existence, it takes account of the relationship with the external environment, air, light. The partitions, the apparently random, are arranged so as to ensure the necessary privacy to any room without any room facing other. The bedroom, facing east, has overlooking the terrace, both to ensure greater peace of mind at night which to enjoy the terrace, for example, for breakfast so you always feel a bit on vacation. The materials used are parquet, wood, tiles, resins but all in warm colors and soft to leave freedom to the owners of color it and enrich it with objects that represent them. The flooring was also used to treat the outside terrace as an extension of the house, creating a visual continuity and expanding the perception of space.
Il progetto tiene conto delle esigenze del committente e l'obiettivo è di ottimizzare al meglio lo spazio a disposizione. Le ipotesi già presentate dal committente mi hanno suggerito soluzioni più radicali e quindi ho optato per una demolizione totale delle tramezzature esistenti.
Ho ritenuto opportuno valorizzare l'ingresso aprendolo in uno spazio ampio e luminoso con diverse prospettive verso i vari ambienti.
La zona giorno si articola in un unico ambiente aperto con l'angolo TV, l'angolo per il pranzo e la cucina con un'isola centrale che fa da filtro tra i due ambienti. Il progetto riprende le tracce dell'esistente, tiene conto della relazione con l'ambiente esterno, dell'aria, della luce. I tramezzi, che apparentemente sembrano casuali, sono disposti in modo da garantire ad ogni ambiente la privacy necessaria senza che nessuna camera si affacci sull'altra. La camera da letto, esposta ad est, ha l'affaccio sul terrazzo, sia per garantire una maggiore tranquillità durante le ore notturne che per godere del terrazzino, per esempio, per la colazione così da sentirsi sempre un po' in vacanza. I materiali usati sono parquet, legno, piastrelle, resine ma tutti con toni caldi e tenui per lasciare la libertà ai proprietari di colorala e arricchirla di oggetti che li rappresentano. Il parquet è stato usato anche all'esterno per trattare il terrazzo come un'estensione della casa creando una continuità visiva e ampliando la percezione dello spazio.
