Description

Dear Client,

The idea of this design is to maximize the space to ensure a higher living quality.
As you have mentioned, the bathroom should be placed near the piping.
Therefore creating a division of space from the entrance/foyer area to inside.
This gave me the idea to put the stairs on the foyer, a circular stair - a combination of metal and wood, functional yet aesthetic.

The inside consists of a pantry (near the piping), dining room, and living room.
It is an open plan, so those spaces will feel more spacious and connected to one another.

The area with a void is to be a bedroom. A void will create a special spatial feeling. The bedroom will be flooded by light.

The mezzanine consists of a bedroom and a bathroom.
I put a door on the mezzanine level to give a sense of privacy, but if you want an open plan, you can discard the door.
The bathroom on the mezzanine level is above the bathroom on the ground floor (this will make the piping easier).
Being aware of the height, I put the bed and the wardrobe on the highest possible ceiling plan.

The style of this design proposition is modern with a bit of Scandinavian style.
I used mainly white with wood.
I hope it creates a homey feeling.

All is said and done. Hope you like it.

Best regards.
