I have design your house as per your needs. Have changes entrance location, added mudroom with closet, an open concept, living/dining/kitchen with island, sliding door and window to outside, small room for pantry behind kitchen, adjustment to pantry is new laundry room, existing laundry is combine with bathroom to give more space, stairs are the same. right side room stair is made as master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom and left side room is made into a guest bedroom with an additional bathroom. Have a look at all the file have added some reference as well.
