Description

The design office focuses on generating an open, dynamic and changing space for a team of young and enthusiastic architects through raw materials and industrial intended to create a unique design with features of contemporary industrial architecture space.

From the architectural approach they have made some adjustments to the architectural plan provided by the customer. Maybe the most significant change is the relocation of the Cabin of the Chief Architect, as in the place where there was raised a column that complicates the smooth running of this. Consequently also it had to relocate the workspace for Accounting and Administration. But I think that the setting has been good and work areas have improved.

In the Cabin Chief Architect they have also made slight modifications in order to achieve a better distribution and better comfort of space. In this sense, it has added a terrace that besides offering better control of light and shadow creates a green space and gives a more consistent to space ratio.

One of the biggest challenges of the project was handling the heights of ceiling, because of the low height of the beams. That is why a sky arises in drywall for the lower areas and Steel deck (aesthetic mode) in the highest areas, in order to hide the beams and help shape the spaces, as well as giving an industrial look offices where all electrical installations, air conditioning, lighting and fire systems are in sight.

For the furniture has been chosen Italian furniture for the Cabin of the Principal Architect and for reception and meeting room as they are spaces that are frequented by visitors and it is important to make a good impression. For the remaining spaces was chosen a local furniture custom made with rustic materials reinforces the Industrial aspect of the project.
