Hi everyone, I have an apartment of about 50sqm that I would like to renovate, with a modern style but at the same time a warm environment. the living area consists of a window and a French window (with roller shutters), to be replaced with a large window next to it there is another window also with roller shutters, to be replaced with a large window (the space of the ‘furling).
I would like to redesign the kitchen, moving the sink under the window (then I raise the window) and partially delineate the dividing wall to create a brighter environment and conclude everything with a peninsula joined to the kitchen.
the living room area to be furnished completely, first of all I would close the living area with that night, (currently open), with a flush door, smaller than the current opening, in order to recover precious cm to furnish the wall with TV, etc. ..,
However this is just an idea, I am open to everything, the only thing I would not want to give up is the peninsula.
The bathroom is also in need of renovation, change the tub with a large shower.
the renovation involves changing the floors in the living area and the bathroom, new fixtures also in the bathroom and bedroom.
P..s I have (ugly) wooden beams in the living area.

Hola a todos, tengo un piso de unos 50m2 que me gustaría reformar, con un estilo moderno pero al mismo tiempo un ambiente cálido. La sala de estar consta de una ventana y una ventana francesa (con persianas enrollables), para ser reemplazada por una ventana grande al lado hay otra ventana también con persianas enrollables, para ser reemplazada por una ventana grande (el espacio de la ‘persiana).
Me gustaría rediseñar la cocina, moviendo el fregadero debajo de la ventana (levantar la ventana) y delimitar parcialmente el tabique para crear un ambiente más luminoso y concluirlo todo con una península unida a la cocina.
La zona del salón se amueblaría por completo, en primer lugar cerraría la zona de estar con la zona noche, (actualmente abierta), con puerta a ras, más pequeña que la apertura actual, con el fin de recuperar preciosos cm para amueblar la pared con TV, etc. ..,
Sin embargo esto es solo una idea, estoy abierto a todo, lo único a lo que no me gustaría renunciar es la isla.
El baño también necesita una renovación, cambiar la bañera por una ducha grande.
La renovación implica cambiar los pisos en la sala de estar y el baño, nuevos accesorios también en el baño y el dormitorio.
P..s tengo vigas de madera (feas) en la sala de estar.

Salve a tutti ho un appartamento di circa 50mq che vorrei ristrutturare, con uno stile moderno ma allo stesso tempo un ambiente caldo. la zona giorno è composta da una finestra e una porta finestra ( con serrande avvolgibili) , da sostituire con una ampia vetrata accanto è presente un ulteriore finestra anche ‘essa con serrande avvolgibili, da sostituire con un una finestra grande ( si recupera lo spazio dell’avvolgibile).
vorrei riprogettare la cucina, spostando il lavabo sotto la finestra ( alzo quindi la finestra) e delimare in parte la parete divisoria per creare un ambiente più luminoso e concludere il tutto con una penisola unita alla cucina.
la zona salotto da arredare completamente, innanzitutto chiuderei la zona giorno con quella notte, (attualmente aperta), con una porta a filo, di larghezza inferiore all’attuale apertura, in modo da recuperare cm preziosi per arredare la parete con tv, ecc …,
Comunque questa è solo un’idea, sono aperta a tutto, l’unica cosa a cui non vorrei rinunciare è la penisola.
Anche il bagno è da ristrutturare , cambiare la vasca con una doccia ampia.
la ristrutturazione prevende il cambio dei pavimenti della zona giorno e del bagno , infissi nuovi anche nel bagno e in camera da letto.
P..s ho delle (brutte) travi di legno nella zona giorno.
