Per la realizzazione dell'arredo dell'area esterna si è pensato di creare uno spazio regolare contornando lo spazio con vasi creati da un muro di mattoni che sarà piantumato con arbusti decorativi e dando la massima privacy a tutta la veranda. Verrà creato un pergolato nella prosecuzione del soggiorno dell'interno e sul lato ci saranno delle vetrate apribili per creare un passaggio tra l'interno e l'esterno. A lato del pergolato ci sarà l'area in erba sintetica e al suo fianco verrà realizzata una panchina esterna che fungerà da zona lounge all'aperto e potrà essere coperta con tende mobili che verranno infisse nel patio. Il patio stesso sarà uno spazio trasparente con vetrate che avrà molte funzioni, sarà utilizzato come ufficio, palestra e avrà un letto nascosto nelle pareti. All'estremità del patio separato dal resto da vetrate e in una zona più intima sarà collocata la vasca idromassaggio che potrà essere utilizzata da sola con le finestre aperte e in inverno con le finestre chiuse e avrà più privacy dal resto della veranda. Al centro della veranda viene creato uno spazio quadrato regolare e aperto che verrà utilizzato per molte funzioni. può essere utilizzato per far giocare i bambini, può essere allestito giochi come il tavolo da ping pong e può anche essere allestito un tavolo da pranzo per invitare amici e parenti a pranzo e cena. La parte perimetrale sarà piantumata con alberi e piante decorative lungo tutto il perimetro della veranda.
