Project description

Dear client,
The focus of this apartment renovation was to create a functional, well-organized space that meets everyday needs of residents while respecting existing conditions and technical limitations.
After careful consideration, the dislocation of the kitchen was ruled out to honor your request for an independent kitchen and to take advantage of the existing water supply and sewage connections. However, the kitchen layout has been reorganized and expanded to accommodate all required appliances comfortably while ensuring a sufficiently wide path. This is particularly important as the kitchen also serves as a corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathroom, making the efficient use of space essential for daily comfort.

The bathroom was expanded to achieve a more functional layout. The existing bathtub was replaced with a spacious shower, and the bidet was eliminated to free up space. Instead of the traditional bidet, the proposal includes installing a toilet with an integrated bidet function or a bidet faucet next to the toilet, ensuring practicality while maintaining comfort and hygiene.
Following the elimination of the fireplace, the living room furniture layout was reorganized to improve spatial flow and usability. The new arrangement includes a corner sofa, a TV wall, and a dining table with a corner bench, creating a comfortable and cohesive living and dining area within the space.
In terms of overall aesthetics, light wood was incorporated throughout the design to brighten the space and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a sense of spaciousness and calm while ensuring the apartment remains timeless and easy to maintain.

Best regards!
