When we reviewed the initial plan of your apartment, we saw many positive points in the initial plan, so we tried to correct the shortcomings of the plan by maintaining these positive points.
In the initial plan, there is a large window in the living room that has access to the balcony, which makes the living room the brightest part of the apartment.
Both bedrooms have independent windows, and the bathroom also has access to the open air with a small window.
The kitchen is independent and near the bathroom, which reduces the cost of implementing the drainage system (if the distance between the kitchen and the bathroom is large, due to the low height of the apartment, it will be difficult to pass the kitchen drain pipe from the floor to the bathroom).
In the first step, we increased the dimensions of the kitchen (almost doubled) by slightly modifying the entrance to the bedrooms and bathroom.
We kept the kitchen in the same place (near the bathroom).
We modified the bathroom a little so that you can put a washing machine closet in it. (Washer dryer closet)
We kept the dimensions of the second bedroom the same so that we would not have to reduce the dimensions of the living room by converting it into a 9 square meter room.
We designed the apartment minimally and with a combination of light colors (white, cream) and wood.
Considering the low height of the apartment, we used vertical lines (vertical wood) to create a sense of height.
