Briefing

Dear designer, I've this 38 sqm space that I don't use. I'd like to create a small tavern with a mix of modern and rustic style. I'd like it to have kitchen, fireplace, bathroom, tv space and sofa-bed. I will use this space to host my friends, to dine in company, to play together. I need the possibility to transform this space also in a guest bedroom from time to time to host a friend for the night or to rent it as B&B. Regarding the materials, I'd like wood, stone, brick, steel, glass and modern lighting. As you can see in the pictures, the space need to be completely renovated. I need to re-do plants, fixtures, bathroom (that must have the shower), doors, windows with blinds (like in the upper floor). I also need to renovate the terrace. I'd be plesed if you find a solution for the entrance, considering that there are 2 entrance doors: 1 from the inside and 1 from the outside.

Ho 38 mq che non utilizzo, vorrei una tavernetta con contrasti tra rustico e moderno, con cucina, camino, bagno, angolo tv con divano letto. Questo spazio lo voglio vivere con gli amici, quindi cene, partite e se necessario avere la possibilità di trasformare il tutto per ospitare qualche amico anche per la notte in modo da poter essere sfruttato anche come B&B . I materiali che mi piacciono sono il legno, la pietra, mattone, acciaio, vetro e le illuminazioni moderne. Come si vede dalle foto bisogna rifare tutto, impianti, infissi, bagno (obbligatorio nel bagno inserire la doccia) porte e finestre, inserirei le persiane come il piano di sopra, Da studiare l'ingresso in quanto ho due accessi uno dall esterno e uno dall 'nterno, inoltre anche il balcone è da rifare.
