Briefing

I would like to convert a building of total 520sqm in a boutique hotel with 8 rooms with bath, a lobby and a cafeteria. ( the cafeteria project is already designed and I will upload the picture in the next days). According the cafeteria I would like to maintain the same style in all the structure. I got inspiration and I really love to create a sort of New Yorker loft with a touch of retro classy furniture. In fact we have a huge wall in break in the first floor. The space have to be functional, stylish and minimal. Our goal is to create a very cool hotel in Bangkok.
In the floor plan you can notice that is a twin building it completely symmetrical at moment divided buy a wall that we can remove. The stair cases need to be left where are and study a way that will works together in the right way.
