Plan A- includes two separate entrances. One from the main door and the other from the balcony (for the suite).
In this plan, access to private spaces (Master) and public (Living room and Kitchen) are separate from each other.
Plan B- In this plan, a main entrance is considered and then with a vestibule space, the access to the suite space and the main unit are separated from each other. Also in this plan, access to the Master is from the living room. But the entrance door of the master is considered to be in harmony with the living space, in a hidden way, and in combination with the wall design. (in renderings are showed)
In order to use the space optimally and save money, it is recommended to use a sofa-bed for the suite.
The kitchen is the same in both plans.
Also, the balcony can be equipped as a laundry room, or even as a small breakfast area due to its good outlook.
