Mon projet pour votre petit appartement consiste à déplacer la cuisine vers la première pièce d'accès à la maison et le déplacement conséquent de la chambre dans la cuisine actuelle. J'ai prévu un agrandissement de la cuisine en utilisant les meubles Metod d'Ikea afin que vous n'ayez qu'à intégrer ceux que vous possédez déjà en profitant de tout l'espace disponible.
Le lave-vaisselle est situé à côté de l'évier de la cuisine tandis que le lave-linge a été déplacé dans la salle de bain.
Dans la pièce devant la fenêtre j'ai prévu un bureau confortable flanqué du secrétaire existant. La commode existante servira de support au téléviseur.
Il mio progetto per il vostro piccolo appartamento prevede lo spostamento della cucina nella prima stanza di accesso all’abitazione e il conseguente spostamento della camera da letto nell’attuale cucina. In questo modo la camera da letto avrà la necessaria privacy rispetto al soggiorno e al divano letto per gli ospiti. Si verrà inoltre a creare un soggiorno ampio e vivibile.
Le opere necessarie per lo spostamento della cucina saranno minime in quanto si dovrà solo rovesciare lo scarico e l’adduzione dell’acqua dall’altra parte del tramezzo esistente. Ho previsto un ampliamento della cucina utilizzando gli arredi Metod di Ikea così che dovrete semplicemente integrare quelli già in vostro possesso sfruttando tutto lo spazio a disposizione.
La lavastoviglie si trova a fianco al lavabo della cucina mentre la lavatrice è stata spostata in bagno.
In camera davanti alla finestra ho previsto una comoda scrivania affiancata dal secretaire esistente. La cassettiera esistente servirà da appoggio per la tv.
