We have worked on designing your room, so that an upper floor (loft) has been added to the design as you requested, so that the ground floor next to the entrance contains the kitchen, the dining table, and stairs leading to the mezzanine floor and a television below it, for the shared space between the two studio apartments.
In addition, the ground floor contains the first studio apartment, which is considered a master bedroom and allows two people to use it with its own bathroom and a changing room.
- The mezzanine floor contains a space before entering the room, which contains a pair of shoes. Then we move to the master bedroom, similar to the room on the ground floor, and it also contains its own bathroom and a changing room.
Each floor is 2 meters high, which means that the total height of your building must be increased by about 40 cm with the addition of window openings in the mezzanine floor.
Note: Each room has a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, the bedroom is multi-functional and a shared kitchenette.
