My aim in first idea is to use space in it's maximum. There is no any reconstruction in room. The walls remain in white color. Zone of work is separated of the zone for the rest. In case that tv fit to suggested wall you need to change electrical instalation. Existing sofa doesn't match to concept becouse I use suggested armchairs. Radiator is covered with decorative panel whitch present decorative element in concept with whole style.

The aim of second idea is to changde concept of existing room in all. Furniture is lower cost so you can use your money to color walls in suggested blue color. Also you can replace tiles on floor with new one whitch looks like wooden floor. Walls can stay in white color. The cost of this idea is too low.
