Hello dear client. I tried to meet all your requests, inspired with picture ideas which you posted. I have made two version, I hope you like it:

1) Plan without dynamic components. Its more like open space. Friends can also sit on the bed and watch TV which is mounted on the wall.

2) Plan is more dynamic, meaning bed can be opened from the upper wood platform. Height of the platform is 60cm, meaning remaining height there is: 212cm.
