Un Progetto per Architetti AMBIZIOSI .
Chiedo un progetto di un bel giardino con un casa su un solo livello in uno stile Country ma nello stesso tempo rivolto alla modernita'.
Il terreno come da piantina e' a forma triangolare, ha un vialetto d'ingresso largo circa 2,5 mt. un po in salita, per affacciarsi su questo appezzamento largo all'inizio circa 5 mt, ma si potrebbe recuperare qualkosa ancora sul lato sx, per una lunghezza di circa 60 mt , la larghezza finale e' di circa 25mt. Entrando sul lato SX abbiamo una scarpata di delimitazione al di sopra della quale vorrei mettere una siepe e al di sotto vorrei rifinire con pietre faccia vista o mattoncini; mentre sul lato DX abbiamo un altra scarpata che scende su una strada comunale, alta fino a circa 10mt e di circa 70 mt di lunghezza che ho fatto rivestire con dei mattoni di cemento grigliato per fare da contenimento al terreno scosceso, e su questa vorrei indicazioni su come recintare e come evitare la manutenzione continua per la crescita di erbe infestanti . Poi come da foto vorrei rifinire la parte ingresso , con una pavimentazione e lateralmente prima e dopo il cancello, con mattoncini o pietre, e delle chiusure laterali per evitare infiltrazioni laterali . Nella parte pianeggiante e quindi effettivamente fruibile, gradirei una zona di parcheggio per almeno 3 autovetture, poi una zona con delle aiuole e piccole piante, e un bel albero di Ulivo secolare , dei vialetti pedonali che portano al fabbricato, il quale dovrebbe essere posizionato nella parte larga del terreno, con una esposizione principalmente ad Ovest, ad un solo piano e con una larga ed ampia tettoia intorno.

I ask for a project of a beautiful garden with a house on one level in a Country style but at the same time turned to modernity.
The ground as a seedling is triangular in shape, has an entrance driveway about 2.5 meters wide. a bit uphill, to look out on this large plot at the beginning about 5 meters, but you could recover qualkosa still on the left side, for a length of about 60 meters, the final width is about 25 meters. Entering on the left side we have a bounding escarpment above which I would like to put a hedge and below I would like to finish with facing stones or bricks; while on the DX side we have another slope that descends on a municipal road, high up to about 10 meters and about 70 meters in length that I have covered with grilled concrete bricks to contain the steep ground, and I would like to point out this on how to fence and how to avoid continuous maintenance for the growth of weeds. Then, as in the picture I would like to finish the entrance part, with a floor and laterally before and after the gate, with bricks or stones, and side locks to prevent lateral infiltration. In the flat part and therefore actually usable, I would like a parking area for at least 3 cars, then an area with flowerbeds and small plants, and a beautiful ancient olive tree, the pedestrian paths leading to the building, which should be placed in the large part of the land, with an exposure mainly to the west, single-storey and with a large and wide canopy around.
