Briefing

I'd like to split my apartment in three smaller ones and I ask the community to find the best internal layout.

More layout solutions are very very welcome, I need from you the best approach to take advantage of the layout and space available.

I'd like each apartment to get enough sunlight coming from the windows so a layout which optimize this aspect is also very welcomed.

Eventually I can consider also open space solutions if you think it's the best way to optimize space and natural light.

I like modern design, minimal with plain and light colors but I like wooden floors too.

The apartment is inside an historic building so I think a nice balance between classic and modern would be a perfect fit.

For the furniture, I would like to have low-cost solutions, not only Ikea, also décor inspired to famous designers are welcome if you can find them low-cost.

I'll add some pics soon and also I can take more pics and/or videos if needed!

The planimetry is available in PDF and DWG so you can easily edit and just be creative!

In the reference images sometimes please discard the fact there is boiserie walls, I'd like to keep it simple and minimal, it's just a reference for mood and colors and floors.
