Respect with client's requests, the project involves the modification of an apartment of 64 mq in two mini - apartments of about 30 mq .

To obtain the mini-apartments, is necessary to demolish some of the existing walls, to realise the creation of new divisions.
The new configuration of the spaces that is presented allows the realization of two functional and comfortable bilocals,with the following composition:
- living / kitchen. In both apartments, the kitchen is complete with appliances (oven, refrigerator, washing machine in apartment B)
- bedroom with wardrobe in the apartment A. In the apartment B the closet is in the space between the bedroom and living room.
- Bathrooms, complete with all elements (wc, washbasin, shower, washing machine in the apatment A).


The mini-apartments are characterized by a few elements like:
- light colors, such as white and gray, for the walls. These colors allow you to make the best use of the light
coming from the big windows offering a positive perception of space.

- natural materials, such as wood, for flooring. Wood is one element that guarantees a good conductivity
of heat that permite a energy savings in the winter that in the summer.
