Description

The motto to convert this flat in two others, was to demolish walls as less as it was possible, in order to guarantee the structure and to reduce inutile expenses. This option also allows to every room is provided by an existent door-window.
Due to the lack of solar lighting, it was took the option of design the interiors in light colors to light up the inner spaces. The environment is staged through a mix of light coloured and dark wood, in consonance with the surrounding white painted walls and the contrast from the dark colours of the kitchen and bathroom finishes. The furniture was selected by the spaces' dimensions and color pallets and built-ins were developed to be stablish space transitions, to serve basic needs such as reading a book or watch television, and to use the walls as commodes instead of occupying planning space.

PS: Both kitchens and theirs electrical fixtures and household appliances were designed through a design engine from IKEA France website, taking into account the kitchens' dimensions, water and gas providing spots. It is possible to have access to both products I have developed by typing the reference codes: X9GV3 and S3F0O (for Apartm. 1 and Apartm. 2).

I hope you like it!
